Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Shifts: Days Nights and Weekends

Seeking a dependable and compassionate CNA to provide individualized care to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). The ideal candidate must be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff residents families and other departments.

• Receive and provide reports on residents conditions and care needs.

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition illness falls or injuries to nursing staff.

• Document observations and assessments according to facility policies.

• Assist with direct resident care and respond promptly to call lights.

• Maintain positive working relationships with residents families coworkers and healthcare professionals.

• Float to other units as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Active California CNA license - mandatory.

• Current BLS certification.

• Previous CNA experience preferred; less than one year of experience may be considered.

• Strong communication teamwork and resident-care skills.

• Availability to work days nights weekends and holidays.
