What Youll Do

As a CNA you will provide hands-on care while helping residents maintain their comfort dignity safety and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting mobility and meals

• Provide compassionate respectful and attentive resident care

• Follow individualized care plans and assigned nursing procedures under the direction of licensed nursing staff

• Observe and report changes in residents condition to the appropriate nursing team member

• Accurately document care and services provided

• Help maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment

• Build positive relationships with residents families and coworkers

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide high-quality resident care

Qualifications

• Current active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• Ability to work a consistent full-time 4/2 rotation

• Availability for PM or NOC shifts

• Reliable compassionate and dependable

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Genuine interest in caring for seniors and supporting their quality of life

• New CNA graduates are encouraged to applywere happy to train motivated candidates!
