Position Overview

San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA you will play an essential role in providing quality resident-centered care while helping our residents maintain their dignity comfort safety and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and dining.

• Provide compassionate respectful and attentive resident care.

• Assist residents with safe transfers positioning ambulation and mobility.

• Observe and report changes in residents condition behavior or vital signs to the nursing team.

• Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment for residents.

• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with nurses residents families and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

• Assist with documentation and participate in care planning as directed.

• Promote resident dignity privacy independence and quality of life.

• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California CNA certification required.

• Compassionate dependable and patient-centered approach to resident care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Commitment to providing safe respectful and high-quality care.

• Weekend availability required.
