Requirements:
- Active CNA certification in NC
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in behavioral health or residential care preferred
- Strong communication observation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor consumers modeling appropriate daily living skills
- Document and report observed or reported symptoms to the care team
- Perform and record bed checks every 30 minutes or as directed
- Enter progress notes in NextGen for psychoeducational groups if requested
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient and unit information
- Participate in shift reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
