Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation (CMH) is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our Stockton Long Term Care Facility in Stockton Missouri someone who leads with skill compassion and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Full time Part time and PRN (Per Requested Need).
• Work Shift: Days Evenings Nights or even Rotating
• Hours: Varies upon shift
• Shift Differential $1- $3.50 additional depending on shift.

What Your Day Looks Like: Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility (LSHCF) is a 90-bed long-term skilled nursing facility. A 30-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimers disease and other forms of dementia.

As a Certified Nurse Assistant you will be:

• Preparing residents for meals serving and collecting trays and documenting nutritional intake.
• Handling and caring for resident clothing and personal belongings protecting items from damage and ensuring proper storage.
• Making routine rounds to assigned residents and responding promptly to resident needs.
• Providing safe appropriate nursing care and reporting concerns to the charge nurse for followup.

Qualifications:

Education:High School Diploma preferred

Experience: One year CNA experience preferred

Skills: Good Communication Patience Attention to detail flexibility Intrapersonal Skills.

Licensure/Certification: Current Certified Nurse Assistant Certification

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 90% of the shift and sit for the remaining 10% of shift. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
