• Providecompassionate hands-on support to residents with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility assistance
• Ensure residents safety and comfort while promoting dignity and independence
• Monitor residents for changes in physical or cognitive condition document care provided and communicate effectively with nurses family members and other team members
• Offer specialized support for individuals with Alzheimers or other forms of dementia using patience and understanding to engage residents in activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being

• Must be 18years of age or older
• CPR/First Aid Certification (must have or obtain upon hire)
• Active food handler/Servsafe certification (must have or obtain upon hire)
• 1 yearof experience required in assisted living or skilled nursing (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds required
