Human Touch Home Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN home care opportunities in Manassas Haymarket Gainesville and surrounding communities.

- Provide bathing grooming dressing and personal care assistance
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Provide toileting and incontinence care
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Observe and report changes in a clients condition
- Follow the established plan of care
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Active Virginia CNA Certification Required
- Current CPR/BLS Certification Preferred
- Compassionate dependable and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to clients homes within your selected service area
- Home Care or Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required
