What Youll Do
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist residents with mobility transfers and restorative care
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Deliver compassionate resident-centered care while supporting residents families and team members
What Were Looking For
- Current Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum one year of CNA experience
- At least one year of experience in a long-term care skilled nursing or skilled rehabilitation facility
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan
