Shift: Rotating Day/Night Shifts; Holiday Coverage Required

Seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to provide resident care in a long-term care facility. Candidates will assist with daily living activities monitor resident health and maintain a safe and comfortable environment under RN/LPN supervision.

Assist residents with bathing dressing grooming oral care and other daily activities.

Support feeding and document food fluid intake and output.

Measure and record vital signs height and weight; collect routine specimens as assigned.

Assist with resident transfers positioning lifting and ambulation using appropriate equipment.

Document care in PointClickCare (PCC) and promptly report changes in residents conditions to nursing staff.

Maintain resident safety dignity and confidentiality.

Active unrestricted South Dakota CNA certification.

Minimum 1 year of continuous CNA experience in long-term care skilled nursing or rehabilitation.

Ability to stand walk bend and assist with resident transfers and lifting.

Comfortable working rotating day/night shifts and holidays.

Ability to follow safety protocols and work under RN/LPN supervision.
