Looking for meaningful caregiver work close to home without the fast pace of a nursing facility

Concierge Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized one-on-one care for seniors in Orange Park and surrounding communities.

Were looking for dependable caregivers interested in flexible schedules recurring client assignments and opportunities for additional hours as local client needs develop.

• $18$22 per hour paid weekly

• W-2 employment not 1099 contracting

• Flexible PRN and part-time scheduling

• Weekday and weekend shifts based on client needs

• Recurring weekly schedules when available

• Opportunities for additional local client assignments

• One-on-one private duty home care

• No personal liability insurance required
  
  

Help seniors remain safe comfortable and independent at home by providing:

• Assistance with bathing dressing grooming and personal care

• Companionship and support with daily activities

• Mobility assistance and transfers

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Transportation and errands as needed

• Alzheimers and dementia care support
  
  

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school

• Valid drivers license and current auto insurance

• Current CPR certification

• Social Security card

• Health statement completed within the past 6 months

• Required Florida caregiver CEUs and training

• Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
