Certified Forklift Operator and Inventory Clerk

This role combines forklift operation with purchasing receiving and inventory control to support warehouse operations. You will be responsible for purchasing and receiving project materials maintaining accurate inventory records safely operating forklifts to load unload and move materials and assisting with general warehouse duties. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM and the potential for long-term employment.

• PAY: 18.00hr

Responsibilities

• Purchase and maintain all project materials
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload trucks following shipping and receiving procedures
• Move materials within the warehouse efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Assist with general warehouse organization and housekeeping

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a forklift (valid certification preferred)
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience
• Experience in inventory control shipping and receiving
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail
• Commitment to safety
• Team player with a positive attitude
