Job Summary
Are you a passionate leader with a commitment to providing excellent care Our nursing home in Johnson City TN is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to oversee our dietary services team. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll have the opportunity to make a daily impact on the lives of our residents while guiding and inspiring your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the dietary department ensuring meals are nutritious appealing and meet residents needs.
Maintain compliance with state federal and facility regulations.
Train mentor and motivate dietary staff to deliver high-quality service.
Collaborate with nursing and administrative teams to enhance resident satisfaction.
Oversee food preparation safety and sanitation practices.
Requirements:
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required.
Previous leadership experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
