Compensation & Incentives

W-2 Employment

• Base Compensation: $316800 annually ($180/hour)

Additional Incentives

• $50000 Sign-On Bonus (5-year commitment required)
• Eligible for quality incentive of up to $8800 annually

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accreditedAnesthesiologist Assistantprogram
• Certified or certification-eligible through theNational Commission for Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA)
• Eligible for or currently holding an active Indiana Anesthesiologist Assistant license
• Excellent communication clinical and teamwork skills
