Position Highlights

• Responsible for analyzing evaluating and ultimately certifying customer Point of Sale (POS) and Payment Management System (PMS) applications to the Elavon gateway and acquiring hosts
• Uses established requirements to create processes for external software developers to exchange payment transaction data with the Fusebox gateway the Simplify payment application and numerous direct acquiring host communication options
• As a subject matter expert assists multiple internal and outside parties on industry best practices in order for our customers to achieve the lowest possible interchange on their transactions
• Part of that process includes compiling and reviewing very detailed information of which small oversights can have large downstream impacts for multiple parties
• Recommendations are made to each customer based on the certification results to ensure a sound integration

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (technical discipline preferred) or equivalent work experience
• One to three years of experience in computer technology applications and analysis

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Ability to develop test schedules review test plans track test issues and report on test results
• Ability to analyze a business need and compile a general roadmap to see a certification to completion
• Proficient computer skills including use of word processing spreadsheet graphics and presentation software
• Strong planning project organization and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and verbal written and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously and work as part of a project team

Hybrid/flexible schedule

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
