Job Summary
The Hermosa Beach City School District is nestled in a beautiful beach city just 7 miles south of the LAX airport. HBCSD is currently comprised of three school sites Hermosa View Hermosa Vista and Hermosa Valley School. We are a TK through 8th grade school district with a friendly staff an involved parent community and high expectations. Our mission is to work in partnership with our community to empower and prepare students to achieve and thrive by providing a relevant education a safe and healthy environment and an inclusive culture. * Resume* Letters of Recommendation need to have a wet signature of your reference and the letter must be within a 12 month time frame from the date you have applied to be considered valid. Letterheads are preferable.* Letter of Intent* Photocopy of Valid California Teaching Credential or 30 Day Substitute Teaching Permit issued CA Commission on Teacher Credentialing* Photocopy of CBEST exam results or equivalent basic skills exam results* Photocopy of college transcripts
