Job Summary
Under the direction of the Principal or designee the Substitute Teacher provides instruction supervision and training of individuals or groups of students in a school setting. Job activities include instruction of students in a variety of education environments including classrooms learning centers and other facilities.
- Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance- Tuberculosis clearance - Satisfy the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Basic Skills Requirement (can be achieved through college grades of B or better in English reading writing and math)- Possess or have the ability to possess a CTC credential Emergency 30-day Substitute Teaching Permit or Prospective Substitute (90 semester college credits and current college enrollment)
