Centralized Intake CoordinatorGreater Pittsburgh areaWe are expanding our Centralized Intake department and looking for 4 strong individuals to open our 2nd successful intake office in Cheswick PA. If you are someone that enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment this may be a great fit for Summary:Responsible for responding to and processing referrals for our 13 skilled nursing communities located in the Greater Pittsburgh referrals with communities to transition Time with weekend rotationMust report to office-NOT a remote positionQualifications:Must have at least 1 year of Admissions experience in a skilled nursing facility or like environmentClinical background a plus but not requiredKnowledge of basic medical terminologyKnowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care programsBasic computer skills
