Key Responsibilities:
- Family Outreach & Communication: Help draft translate and distribute newsletters welcome packets and surveys to incoming and returning families.
- Data & Logistics: Maintain logs of family contacts event attendance and feedback responses to help evaluate summer programming effectiveness.
- Resource Navigation: Compile local health food and academic support directories to connect families with community programs.
Qualifications & Skills Education Status:
- High School Diploma
Communication Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities; bilingual skills (such as Spanish or local home languages) are highly preferred.
Cultural Competency: Comfort working with diverse student and family economic backgrounds.
Administrative Proficiencies: Familiarity with basic office software spreadsheets and digital communication tools.
