What you will be doing
The Production Team Lead at the Central Fulfillment Center is responsible for the day-to-day guiding leading training coaching and motivating the production team in a Central Fulfillment Center setting ensuring operational efficiency and productivity. The Production Team Lead reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge(PIC) or Group Supervisor will work closely to resolve technical and workflow issues at the functional stations assigned with a sense of purpose and urgency. The Production Team Lead should be a functional expert and continuously sharpen the skills of the Team Members to achieve site and company goals.
The position will be based in Ridgefield WA. The shift arrangement is either day shift or afternoon/nights working Sunday-Thursday. A typical 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime is to be expected.
Main responsibilities
Acts as a working lead for all production activities of the team members.
Guides trains corrects and supports the team on daily activities under the supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge/Group Supervisor.
Displays safety minded leadership in all aspects of production/fulfillment.
Subject matter expert for production line software/hardware issues as well as each functional role. Partner with production maintenance technician and IT Specialist to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
Responsible for appropriate triaging of issues and escalations partnering with both internal personnel and external third-party vendors or contractual workers.
Responsible for working on the production line (within licensure) if needed.
Assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate uptime of proper counting conveyance packaging and shipping of prescriptions.
Participates in general facilities maintenance that promotes general upkeep and functioning of the central fill facility.
Continuously develop process improvements for team direction production line efficiency and overall workflow.
Work well within a team environment with the General Manager PIC Group Supervisor and other leaders at the site.
Ensures site and team compliance with all federal state local and company regulations policies & procedures.
Completes special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned concurrent with all applicable laws and regulations.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience
Required:
Pharmacy Technician License in the Central Fill home state.
Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.
Preferred:
A national Pharmacy Technician Certification.
Previous experience as a pharmacy technician lead or manager/supervisor
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician/Assistant in mail order/high volume production.
Technical Experience:
Central Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician experience.
Prefers to work in a closed-door environment (no adjudication customer interaction phone work.)
Good computer skills.
Good math skills.
Physical Requirements
Willing and able to stand/walk at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing pulling grasping bending stooping rotating reaching and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Visual focus such as counting observing etc. is required consistently.
Performing repetitive tasks up to 100% of the time
