Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare center or related field.
Childcare Center Director credentials required.
Proven track record of attracting retaining and engaging high-quality teachers.
Strong relationship experience and ability to enroll and retain families.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and a commitment to maintaining full compliance.
Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on building and motivating high-performing teams.
Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
Associates degree in early childhood education or related field (preferred).
