Compensation: $22-$30 experience minimum 2-3 years of experience.
CEI Technician with experience and NCDOT Certifications
Certifications Preferred:
- Conventional Density Technician
- Concrete Field Technician
- Intro to Asphalt Pavements
- QMS Density Gauge Technician
- QMS Roadway Technician
- QA Chemical Stabilization Technician
- ABC Sampling Technician
- Borrow Pit Sampling Technician
- ABC Nuclear Density Technician
Description:
- Assist and perform field testing observation and inspection of construction materials during roadway construction.
- Communicate with project manager senior technicians contractors representative and others as applicable regarding observations and results.
- Tabulate prepare and submit data and observation in the form of written and digital reports as work is performed for daily transmittal.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans contract specifications apply mathematical formulas and engineering principles.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and/or weekends as required.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and shake up to 20 pounds.
