CDL-A Western Regional Driver Paid Training Home Every 2 Weeks

Most runs in this fleet take two days or less. You stay in the West and youre home every two weeks.

The numbers

• $850 a week while you train
• $1000 to $1500 a week once youre solo
• $1000 weekly pay guarantee for your first 3 months solo

Who this is for

You just finished a CDL school program of 120 hours or more. You want real miles but you dont want to be stuck on the East Coast for a month. This fleet runs the 11 Western states: California Arizona Nevada Oregon Washington Utah Idaho Colorado New Mexico Montana and Wyoming. If you want to go further east later you can ask for it.

How training works

You ride with a mentor for 3 to 5 weeks about 200 to 250 hours behind the wheel. You get paid $850 every week during that time. After that you get your own truck and your own runs. Your first 3 months solo come with a $1000 weekly guarantee so a slow week doesnt hurt your paycheck.

Your two weeks on the road

Dry van freight. Most loads are drop and hook or preloaded. Some are live loads. If a load needs a hand unload you get paid $80 for it. Pallet jack or tailgate assists pay $20. Stops pay $15. Runs usually end within two days so youre never far from home. Expect some winter driving in the mountains and the fleet will prepare you for it.

Requirements

• Completed CDL-A training at a truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
• Class A CDL from your state of residence
• 21 years or older
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years
• Pass DOT physical and drug screen
• New graduates and experienced drivers both welcome
