We are currently hiring recent CDL-A graduates directly out of Gulfport Biloxi Harrison County and the surrounding MS Coast area. THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

• 4 to 6 Weeks Paid Training: Gain real OTR experience alongside an experienced mentor.

EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT

• Assigned Equipment: Late-model (2022 or newer) Kenworth or Freightliner with automatic transmission and APU.
• No Slip-Seating: Once assigned the truck is yoursno shuffling gear every week.
• 100% No-Touch Freight: Dry van loads with roughly 70% drop-and-hook.
• 2200 to 2800 miles per week average across established East of I-35 lanes.

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME

• 12 Days Out / 2 Days Home: Reliable scheduled OTR rotations out of the Gulfport area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Graduate from an accredited CDL school (120 hours) OR under 6 months of recent OTR experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Must pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screen.
