CDL-A Trainee Driver – Paid Mentorship Program

Just graduated CDL school in the Gulf Coast area and having trouble getting hired We will put you in a truck.

We are currently hiring CDL-A trainees directly out of Moss Point Jackson County and the surrounding MS Gulf Coast region. Most carriers demand 12 years of experience before they even look at your application. We take a different approach: if you completed your training and hold a valid CDL-A our Paid Mentor Program will bridge the gap between school and a confident solo career.

THE TRAINING PROGRAM

EQUIPMENT & FREIGHT

• Assigned Equipment: 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner (automatic equipped with APU).
• No Slip-Seating: Once assigned the truck is yoursyou dont move your gear every week.
• 100% No-Touch Freight: Dry van loads approximately 70% drop-and-hook.
• 2200 to 2800 miles per week average across East of I-35 lanes.

SCHEDULE

• 12 Days Out / 2 Days Home: True OTR setup out of the Moss Point area. Stable predictable home time rotations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Graduated from an accredited CDL school (120 hours) OR have under 6 months of recent OTR experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screen.
