Job Summary
Location: St. Louis MO 63101 Home Time: Home weekly
Pay: $1400 to $1800 per week Freight: No-touch freight

Compensation
CDL-A truck drivers earn $1400 to $1800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.
Quarterly raises tied to performance
Paid orientation at $100 per day
Guaranteed pay after 30 days
Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day.
Equipment & Freight
Drivers are assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with:
Automatic transmission
APU and inverter
Voice navigation and in-cab 5th wheel release
Freight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities and customer freight throughout established operating lanes.
Drivers typically average 2500 to 3000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established dry van lanes.
Established customer freight supports year-round hauling opportunities and dependable weekly mileage for drivers.
Home Time
Drivers receive home weekly scheduling. Freight availability and route assignments are planned to maintain consistent mileage opportunities while providing regular time at home.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid CDL-A license and maintain an acceptable driving history.
Previous tractor-trailer experience is preferred
Must meet current DOT medical certification standards
Drivers must be able to operate 53 dry van trailers
