CDL-A Reefer Truck Driver Paid Training Weekly Paychecks

Were hiring new CDL-A drivers in Griffin Hampton and Spalding County for an OTR reefer seat. Training pays $850 a week. Solo pay averages $1300 to $1500 a week with no unloading and youre home every two weeks.

Heres what your paycheck looks like at each stage from the first week on.

Orientation up to 2 days: $300 once youre hired. Your hotel is covered and your bus ticket is reimbursed.

Weeks 1 to 5 in training: $850 a week. This is 200250 hours with a mentor learning backing trip planning logs and fueling.

Months 1 to 3 solo: at least $1000 a week guaranteed. Youre in your own assigned truck about 1.5 years old on average automatic or 10-speed.

Month 4 and on: $1300 to $1500 a week on average on 1900 to 2800 miles. That includes $100 flat on short hauls and a monthly performance bonus.

Every stage pays weekly.

What earns it

Refrigerated freight across the East and Midwest with day and night runs. You dont unload. Weekend and holiday work is part of it. Youre home every two weeks.

Who qualifies

• 21 with a valid Class A CDL
• New CDL grads welcome or 6 months recent experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• No DUI/DWI in 10 years
• Pass a DOT physical and hair and urine drug test
