Role: CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver

Compensation: Weekly pay of $2000 to $2100. Qualified drivers are eligible for a $5000 sign-on bonus.

Equipment: Assigned newer-model Kenworth T680 tractors paired with 2025 Extreme 48-foot flatbed trailers equipped with 12 winches straps and two six-foot drop tarps.

Routes & Home Time: Drivers haul stainless-steel freight from a dedicated customer near Calvert Alabama before transitioning to available backhaul freight that helps keep trucks loaded and moving toward the next outbound assignment. Weekend home time with a 34-hour reset provides dependable scheduling and strong weekly earning potential.

Drivers remain with the same trailer throughout each trip. Freight is primarily live loaded and live unloaded creating a consistent workflow for experienced flatbed drivers while minimizing unnecessary empty miles.

Freight: Outbound freight includes smaller stainless-steel coils and flat stainless-steel sheets. Approximately 75% of loads require tarping with lightweight six-foot drop tarps that are easier to handle than traditional flatbed tarps. Tarp pay is included within the accounts overall compensation program.

Orientation & Benefits: Orientation is held Monday through Thursday with $100 per day in orientation pay. Hotel accommodations meals and travel arrangements are provided. Qualified drivers are eligible for a $5000 sign-on bonus.

Driver Qualifications

Valid CDL-A license required
Minimum one year of OTR experience within the last five years
Minimum six months of flatbed experience
Steel-hauling experience required
Current coil-hauling certification required
Experience with tarping and load securement required
Acceptable driving record required
