Job Summary

This position offers consistent mileage predictable weekly home time and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay modern equipment and operational support you need to succeed.
Pay & Compensation
  • Weekly Earnings: $1200 $1500 average weekly pay
  • Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
  • Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
  • Classification: Full-time W2 position with steady year-round freight
Schedule & Home Time
  • Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
  • Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
  • Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states
Freight & Equipment
  • Freight Type: Dry van 100% no-touch freight
  • Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%) with remaining loads being live load/unload
  • Equipment: Newer well-maintained Kenworth Freightliner and International models
  • Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements
  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days
  • SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.
