Role Overview

A regional dry bulk fleet based out of Hannibal MO is hiring CDL-A drivers for pneumatic bulk freight operations running throughout Illinois Indiana Ohio Michigan and Missouri. This position offers weekly home time strong weekly mileage newer equipment and additional pay incentives for drivers looking for consistent regional freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer hauling pneumatic dry bulk freight
• Transport primarily cement and dry bulk materials throughout the Midwest region
• Assist with loading procedures and perform product offloading responsibilities
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
• Safely manage regional routes and delivery schedules

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license required
• Minimum 6 months recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience required
• Otherwise 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years accepted
• TWIC card preferred
• Ability to assist with loading and unloading dry bulk freight
• Strong safety and communication skills
• Must live within 50 miles of Hannibal MO
• No pets or passengers permitted

Compensation & Benefits

• Average weekly pay: $1200-$1500
• Average weekly miles: 2000-2300
• CPM pay based on experience
• Utilization incentive available after 1800 miles weekly
• Loading and unloading pay
• Orientation pay provided
• Detention pay available
• Referral bonus: $1500 total payout

• Regional Midwest routes
• Weekly home time
• Monday-Friday schedule

Equipment

• 2020 and newer Mack and International trucks
• Governed at 65 mph pedal / 68 mph cruise
• Secure parking onsite or approved secure location
