CDL-A Driver Front Royal VA Regional Home Weekly Avg $1500/Wk
Role Overview
A dedicated regional freight operation based out of Front Royal VA is seeking CDL-A drivers for no-touch refrigerated freight routes throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Drivers will haul a mix of drop-and-hook and live-load freight between warehouse and customer locations while operating consistent regional routes with strong weekly earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport refrigerated freight across regional routes
- Operate throughout VA MD PA NJ NY CT MA NC SC OH IN KY and surrounding states
- Handle a mix of drop-and-hook and live-load freight
- Complete backhaul freight operations returning to Front Royal VA
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Accurately maintain logs and trip documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Night driving required
- Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire
- Ability to operate refrigerated freight routes
- Must have a safe and secure parking location for tractor/trailer near home
- Comfortable operating in Northeast and Mid-Atlantic traffic conditions
- Strong safety mindset and dependable attendance
Compensation & Benefits
- Average weekly pay: $1500 gross
- CPM pay structure based on experience
- Additional Hazmat load pay: $75 per Hazmat load
- Safe & on-time bonus up to 3 additional CPM
- Detention pay: $20/hour after 2 hours on backhaul loads only
- Mentor pay: $150/day
- Weekly pay

- 06 months: $0.65 CPM
- 712 months: $0.655 CPM
- 1323 months: $0.66 CPM
- 2435 months: $0.67 CPM

- 60 months: $0.70 CPM

- Most drivers home weekly
