Job Qualifications

You know your way around a deal a CRM and a showroom full of possibilities. Were looking for an experienced automotive sales leader with a proven record of reaching goals building strong teams and delivering a great customer experience. You should be confident coaching salespeople desking deals appraising trades managing inventory and turning leads into appointments and sales. CDJR experience is preferred along with a solid understanding of manufacturer incentives dealership systems and sales performance metrics. Strong communication organization follow-through and a valid drivers license are essential.
