Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist with strong cardiac catheterization experience to join a collaborative cardiovascular team in a short-term acute care hospital. This role is ideal for a technologist who thrives in a fast-paced procedural environment and is comfortable supporting a variety of cardiac interventions.

Requirements

Minimum 18 months of Cath Lab experience required
2 years preferred
First-time travelers accepted
BLS (AHA) required
ACLS (AHA) required
RCVT preferred
RCIS preferred
Strong cardiac catheterization experience required

Responsibilities

Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
Prepare and maintain sterile fields and procedural equipment.
Monitor and support patients throughout cardiovascular procedures.
Operate imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment.
Ensure compliance with radiation safety and infection prevention standards.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate procedural documentation within the EMR system.
