THE POSITION

• Demonstrate adaptability by taking on various tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen with equipment
• Maintain stores and monitor stock where needed
• You will be required to assist in the kitchen with dishwashing cleaning food preparation and other duties as required

THE PERSON

• Kitchenhand experience or back-of-house experience is essential
• Knowledge of allergens therapeutic diets and infection control procedures is highly desirable
• Police Clearance holder (or be willing to obtain a police clearance)
