We are seeking an experienced Category Managerto lead strategic sourcing activities and manage a team of sourcing managers supporting a large-scale technology transformation program across Central America. The role will drive supplier strategy technology sourcing contract management procurement operations and stakeholder engagement while delivering commercial value and operational excellence.

• Lead and mentor a team of Sourcing Managers across technology-related categories.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Service integrators Hardware Cloud Infrastructure and Managed Services.
• Lead RFx processes supplier negotiations and contract management activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and governance frameworks.
• Support procurement operations reporting spend analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with business technology finance and executive stakeholders within a matrix organization.
• Drive project delivery and sourcing workstreams for transformation initiatives.
• Perform commercial analysis and support P&L improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 8 yearsof experience in Strategic Sourcing Procurement or Category Management.
• Experience managing procurement projects and cross-functional stakeholder environments.
• Strong project management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Good understanding of the Central American and local supplier market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in theTelecommunications (Telco) industry.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation programs including post-merger or integration environments.
• Experience working within global or regional matrix organizations.
