You and your family will have access to LYRA an industry leading platform that provides comprehensive support and a myriad of resources to help support your physical mental financial and social :A continuous focus on professional development with many opportunities for training & career Focused:We care about you and have developed a 24/7 safety mindset that is showcased throughout every facet of the youll do:Develop category strategies for IT and corporate vendor consolidation and approved/preferred supplier frameworks to leverage with IT HR Finance Operations and other Business team with Procurement operations to implement catalogues buy channels and guided buying in tail-spend rationalization and policy enterprise-wide agreements and procurement efficiency enablement and and report savings compliance and supplier other related duties as youll bring:Post-secondary education in a relevant field; SCMP CSCP CIPS or equivalent designation preferred.8-10 years of strategic sourcing or category management experienceStrong background in capital equipment MRO or industrial servicesExperience in energy utilities construction or asset-intensive industries preferredExperience in inventory management and optimization modelsStrong analytical negotiation and supplier governance skillsExperience using Workday or similar ERP systemsExperience centralizing and managing North America wide multi location spendsAdvanced internal and external stakeholder management and executive communication skillsEnglish proficiency is required to support the full North American businessLegal Authorization to work in the US is required.
