Casino Bar Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards policies and procedures and all federal state and local liquor health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and review the administrative duties performed by beverage managers and supervisors for accuracy timeliness and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Monitor staffing levels of all Beverage outlets and assist supervisors in making adjustments according to business needs.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Beverage Department.
• Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing hiring scheduling training coaching evaluating promoting counseling and discharging.
• Establish and monitor adherence to standards of service for each beverage outlet.
