This role is more than simply processing payments it is an important part of creating a positive customer experience and helping our dealership operate efficiently every day.
What Youll Do
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process payments for vehicle purchases service repairs parts and other transactions
- Accurately handle cash checks credit cards and financing paperwork
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality of customer information
- Help maintain a clean organized and welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with customers managers and coworkers
- Support dealership processes with attention to detail and urgency
