Job Summary
As a Cash Applications Analyst you will play an active role across finance operationsnautomation and data reporting driving process improvement and contributing to our futurenstate operating model in a fast-paced global environment.n
Oversee the end-to-end cash application and reconciliation process across AMRnmarkets utilizing automated solutions to ensure accuracy and and resolve payment exceptions and discrepancies that require humanninsight and analytical problem-solving complementing our automated with the global Cash Apps team and business stakeholders to delivernoperational excellence and process processes to identify trends and root causes of discrepancies. Proactively mapnout processes and implement digital solutions to streamline innovation by continuously identifying manual processes and developingnautomated solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Current experience in the Global Business Solutions (GBS) degree in Finance Accounting Data Science or related field.n3-5 years of experience in finance operations or a related field within a large-scalenmultinational communicator with the ability to translate business needs into actionablenrequirements across finance and technical teamsnGlobal mindset working effectively across time zones and cultures to align cross-nregional teams
Experience in Cash Applications Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash operationsnwithin a high-volume global environment.n Proficiency using Tableau Dataiku and approved AI platforms to build dashboards andnautomation analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights and drive processnimprovements and understanding of financial controls reconciliation period-end close and GAAPnand SOX curious and analytically sharp; absorbs complex systems quickly tondevelop scalable solutions in an evolving environmentnSelf-directed owning work end-to-end and delivering consistently.n
