We are seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to oversee a team providing services within a shelter setting in Brooklyn. This role is ideal for someone with experience supervising case management staff supporting housing placement efforts and working directly with vulnerable populations.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a mission-driven team while helping clients move toward stability housing and long-term success.

• Supervise and support a team of Case Managers and a Housing Specialist
• Review case notes service plans housing plans and documentation
• Provide coaching guidance and crisis support to staff
• Monitor caseloads and ensure quality client services
• Support housing placement efforts and track client progress
• Conduct case audits and ensure compliance with DHS and program requirements
• Assist with staff training onboarding and professional development
• Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary teams

• Bachelors degree in Social Work Human Services or related field required
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in case management
• Experience working in shelter housing homeless services or supportive housing programs preferred
• Strong leadership documentation and crisis management skills
• Knowledge of housing resources benefits and community-based services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
