Adelphoi is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Case Manager to join our foster care program in Huntingdon PA. As part of a team with over 30 years of combined experience youll provide essential support to youth and families helping them grow in resilience and create a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to youth and foster families through regular home visits
  • Develop individualized service plans to inspire emotional intellectual and social growth
  • Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate assistance when needed
  • Maintain accurate records in our Electronic Health Record system
  • Plan and attend recruitment events presenting to community groups and organizations
  • Conduct family interviews and complete home studies for foster and kinship families

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred in Human Services field or 2 years of extensive experience in the Child Welfare field
  • Valid drivers license and car insurance
  • FBI Act 33 and 34 clearances (agency assistance provided)
