Job Description
*Perform customer service and receptionist duties
*Maintain a professional atmosphere in the front desk area
*Answer telephone inquiries; provide appropriate instructions and explanation of policies and procedures and direct callers to the appropriate person and/or office
*Event planning for the CAS
*Sort and distribute daily incoming mail
*Deliver daily priority mail to on-campus offices
*Maintain paper supply in fax machine copiers and printers
*Collect recycling and maintain shredding of confidential materials
*Organization of the inventory and office supplies
*Maintain kitchen area and inventory of refreshments
*Perform various general office filing and clerical tasks
*Copying collating and stapling of projects
*Assist with the maintenance and organization of front office and confidential files
*Other tasks as directed by the staff or deans
