To meet our minimum requirements you must be:

• A seasoned carpenter with at least 2 years of verifiable general carpentry experience preferably experience doing decks framing and siding.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ready to provide excellent customer service on every job every day.
• Great at communicating with team members and customers.
• Excited to learn and grow with Webfoot.
• Driven to be part of a high-performing team.
