This is a Union position so the expected pay range is based on Union scale for the applicable Local.

Lunda Construction Company a Tutor Perini Company is seeking Carpenter (Union) to join our project sites in the Black River Falls WI; Waukesha WI; Hilbert WI; and Rosemount MN regions.

DESCRIPTION:

As a Carpenter (Union) at Lunda Construction you will have the opportunity to:

• Work alone or with crews to build and assemble column formwork wall formwork and falsework

• Erect temporary handrails platforms and associated safety related structures

• Perform a variety of tasks involving hand and power tools

• Measure cut and install materials per plans

• Unload handle and stockpile material

• Climb forms

• Grade joists

• Piledriving

• Welding

• Maintain a clean job site

• Perform other duties as required

*Please note: Training is available through the Unions if all requirements are not met

REQUIREMENTS:

• Duties will be performed outdoors at construction sites

• Must be able to work at heights

• Must be able to walk on uneven surfaces climb scaffolds ladders and otherwise achieve access work areas

• Duties will include physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs and moving the whole body such as standing climbing balancing walking stooping bending and handling and lifting of materials equipment tools and machinery weighing up to 50 pounds.
