Carpenter

• Drywall hanging & patching/finishing and plaster repair
• Interior and exterior painting
• Finish carpentry (Doors baseboard/crown molding casing etc)
• Installation of flooring: tile carpet laminate LVP/LVT vinyl
• Window removal and installation
• Basic service-level MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing)
• Selective demolition required to complete reconstruction
• Maintain clean professional jobsites in occupied homes and businesses
• Support project coordination quality control and subcontractor management
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets all codes and standards
• Assist with project scheduling punch lists and material logistics
• Occasionally support larger projects with oversight and coordination
  
  

• 4 years carpentry experience (restoration/reconstruction preferred)
• Strong construction skills
  • Painting flooring installing cabinets roofing plumbing electrical or HVAC
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and customer service skillset
• Works well independently and within a team environment
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Must have your own basic hand tools

• Insurance restoration/rebuild background
• Familiarity with scopes sketches or Xactimate-style estimates
• Experience in occupied residential and commercial settings
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
