• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing grooming dressing and hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility transfers and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to appropriate personnel
• Administer medication reminders and assist with daily medication routines
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California
• Prior experience in home care assisted living or a related caregiving setting preferred
• Availability to work weekends Saturday and Sunday 2pm10pm
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate patient demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
