• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing grooming and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Help with light housekeeping laundry and meal preparation during morning hours
• Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health behavior or condition to supervisors
• Administer medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
• Transport or accompany clients to appointments or errands when required

• Previous experience as a home care aide caregiver CNA or in a similar caregiving role preferred
• Reliable availability for AM shifts on a consistent schedule
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude
• Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• Compassionate patient and dependable with a genuine desire to help others
