• Provide direct personal care including bathing grooming dressing and toileting assistance
• Monitor and document client health status reporting any changes to the care team
• Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation to ensure client safety
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences
• Administer medication reminders and support medication management routines
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being

• Active CNA certification or verifiable experience as a professional caregiver
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts including days nights or weekends as needed
• Experience with personal care ADLs and transfers in a home or facility setting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Compassionate patient and reliable with a client-centered approach
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must pass background check and provide verifiable references
