As a Caregiver youll provide non-medical support to seniors and other individuals who need assistance at home. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with mobility and transfers as permitted by your training
• Providing transportation or accompaniment to appointments and errands when applicable
• Following each clients individualized care plan
• Communicating client needs and concerns to the office
• Maintaining a safe respectful and comfortable environment for clients

The ideal candidate is:

• Compassionate and genuinely enjoys helping others
• Dependable and punctual
• Patient respectful and professional
• Comfortable working independently in clients homes
• A strong communicator
• Able to follow care plans and company policies
• Experienced in senior care home care CNA work or personal care preferred but we welcome qualified applicants with a strong desire to provide excellent care

• Previous caregiving home care CNA PCA HHA or related experience preferred
• Must be able to pass required background and employment screenings
• Reliable transportation is preferred for applicable assignments
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients families and the Always Best Care team
