What Youll Do:

As a Caregiver youll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

  • Providing compassionate resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
  • Assisting in maintaining accurate and complete services plans records and files for each resident.
  • Working closely with licensed nursing staff to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
  • Collaborating with a supportive tight-knit team.
  • Building positive relationships with residents their families and team members.

What Were Looking For:

  • Certified or Uncertified Caregivers with a heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
  • 1 years of experience as a caregiver in a senior living or related industry role (preferred).
  • A positive team-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to assist residents with limited mobility lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
