Assisting Hands Home Care is looking for Caregivers CNAs and Home Health Aides who want to provide meaningful dependable support to seniors and individuals in their homes.

What Does a Caregiver Do

Every client has their own routines preferences and needs. Your role is to provide the support outlined in their individualized care plan while helping them remain comfortable and independent at home.

Depending on the assignment you may:

Assist with bathing dressing grooming and other personal care
Prepare meals and help with light household chores
Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
Assist with mobility and everyday activities
Encourage independence and participation in daily routines
Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Follow the clients care plan and scheduled routines
Document services provided
Communicate important changes or concerns with the office

What Youll Need

Were looking for people who are dependable compassionate patient and comfortable working directly with clients in their homes.

Experience:

At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
Home care private duty CNA HHA or similar experience is a plus but not required

Required:

Reliable transportation
Valid drivers license
Current auto insurance

Preferred:

CPR/First Aid certification

Schaumburg Hoffman Estates Palatine Rolling Meadows Elk Grove Village Des Plaines Park Ridge Surrounding Communities
